Meet Carol Howell, RN, CDP 

Carol Howell founded Navi-Care with a simple belief: everyone deserves to age with dignity.

As a Registered Nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioner, educator, and advocate, Carol has dedicated her career to helping older adults and their families navigate the challenges of aging, dementia, and complex healthcare needs. She created Navi-Care to provide the kind of compassionate, expert support families need to feel confident, informed, and never alone on their journey.

Today, Carol leads a team committed to delivering personalized, person-centered care that helps individuals thrive safely and comfortably at home.
